Full Payment Requirement
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations will not be confirmed until the corresponding payment has been received.
Credit and Debit Card Payments
For credit or debit card payments, charges may take between 24 and 72 hours to appear on your account statement, depending on your bank’s processing times. If a card is declined or an error occurs, the reservation will be canceled automatically without prior notice.
Yappy Payments
If you select Yappy as your payment method, you will be provided with the account number or payment link. Once the payment is completed, you must send the transaction receipt to confirm your reservation.
International Payments
If you are using an international card, your bank may apply currency conversion fees or additional charges. We recommend confirming with your bank that your card is enabled for international transactions, especially if you are outside of Panama.
